Wilson Circuit No. 10726 In this vehicular collision case, injured Plaintiff and spouse sued the driver and owner of a loaded dumptruck with de- fective brakes which rearended her car while she was stopped at a railroad crossing. Injured Plaintiff, a 50-year-old home health nurse, sustained injuries which resulted in vestibular problems and chronic, disabling headaches, preventing her return to work and severely curtailing her routine daily activities.
