CLINTON L. KELLY, "Clint", was born in Knoxville, Tennessee, Knox County, on February 25, 1968. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1990 from Rhodes College and his Doctorate of Juris Prudence in 1993 from Memphis State University. While attending Memphis State University, he served on the Memphis State University Law Review and Moot Court Board. He was the author of Comment," Malkiewicz v. R.R. Donnelly & Sons: Shielding the Guarantor from Liability under the Tennessee Worker's Compensation Act," Memphis Law Review, Spring 1992; as well as: Note, "The Tennessee Governmental Tort Liability Act," Memphis State Law Review, Fall 1992. He also co-authored, "The New Seat Belt Law: Will It Buckle Under Constitutional Attack?" and "The Three Million Dollar Disc," for Tennessee Trial Lawyer's magazine with his father, F. Dulin Kelly.
Clint was admitted to the bar in 1993 and practices in all state and federal courts. Clint is a member of the Sumner County and Tennessee Bar Associations, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Tennessee Trial Lawyer's Association, and the American Bar Association. Clint practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Products Liability, Neuro-Law, and Medical Negligence.
