F. DULIN KELLY was born January 16, 1946, in Gallatin, Tennessee, Sumner County. He completed his undergraduate work at Vanderbilt University and Cumberland College of Tennessee and then received his Doctorate of Juris Prudence from the University of Tennessee in 1970. From 1972 to 1977, Mr. Kelly served as the Assistant District Attorney for Sumner County, Tennessee.
Mr. Kelly was admitted to the bar in 1971 and is currently certified to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee and the 5th and 6th United States Courts of Appeal. He served as editor of the Tennessee Trial Lawyer's Magazine in 1994 and 1995 as well as authoring articles such as "The Seat Belt Law: Will It Buckle Under Constitutional Attack?" and "The Three Million Dollar Disc". He has also authored "Paralegals and Lawyers - A Team Approach," in Trial Magazine . Mr. Kelly is a member of the Sumner County and Tennessee Bar Associations, The Tennessee Trial Lawyer's Association, where he served on the Board of Governor's, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Board of Trial Advocates, where he served as President of the Tennessee Chapter, and The Tennessee Academy of Certified Trial Attorneys.
Mr. Kelly is Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as well as being Certified as Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission of Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.
He currently practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Products Liability, Neuro-law and Medical Negligence.
