Firm OverviewWhen Hendersonville, Tennessee, was little more than a depot between Gallatin and Nashville, Dulin Kelly opened a law office here in 1971. For the next six years, he applied his legal skills as both a District Attorney for Sumner County and in private practice. After completing his tenure as District Attorney, he devoted exclusive attention to private practice with an emphasis on litigation. Over the next fifteen years, the firm thrived as the number of personal injury clients increased. In October 1993, Dulin Kelly's son, Clint Kelly, joined the firm. Shortly thereafter, Andy Allman joined the firm. Over the past five years, we have specialized in prosecuting traumatic brain injury cases, medical negligence cases, and catastrophic injury litigation. In addition, Dulin Kelly became certified as a civil trial specialist by the Tennessee Supreme Court. We enjoy trying cases and are very aggressive in representing our clients' interests. While many cases do settle, we prepare every case as if it were going to trial and no detail is overlooked. As a result, our clients are offered larger settlements. We are successful at what we do, and we always put the needs of our clients first. With recognition of Dulin Kelly's trial experience and skills, in addition to the clientele, we have become the most respected personal injury law firm in Sumner County. We have obtained three of the four largest jury verdicts in Sumner County history, including the largest collectable jury verdict ever in Sumner County. We have five paralegals and three attorneys in our firm, all experienced in personal injury litigation. We are the only firm in Sumner County that produces state-of-the-art demonstrative exhibits such as computer animation, enhanced radiologic images, and biomedical art. We consult with the top neurosurgeons, internal medicine specialists and medical doctors in the country. Attorneys at Law |
